Club GEO Trek introduces the fun activity of geocaching to youth going into grades 2 through 6. Geocaching is a global scavenger hunt where "geocachers" use a GPS app to find coordinates, clues, and puzzles to locate caches and/or place their own caches. In this workshop, be ready to Learn And Have Fun developing your "geo-sense" and practicing how to THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX by solving codes, virtual or physical puzzles, and Mystery Rooms, learning basic map reading and compass skills, tackling themed scavenger hunts, and attempting to locate caches placed in the area!
